Client Challenge
A established 40-year-old regional retail chain was struggling to build connections with Chennai's younger, mobile-first demographic. Physical footfall at their locations was declining at 8% year-on-year, and they possessed no online ordering channel or unified branding system.
Solution Implemented
We executed a comprehensive brand refresh, redesigning the visual identity system, packaging formats, and retail shop concepts to appeal to modern sensibilities. Concurrently, we built a high-performance headless Shopify site and launched hyper-local social media outreach campaigns targeting young professionals.
